About the Owner

Teressa Henderson holds a Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University with a concentration in Human Resource Management and two undergraduate degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College.  She is a North Carolina native who has a fervent desire for helping people and supporting them with the resources needed to achieve their version of success. Teressa has previously held several positions, in the private and public sector that have allowed her to embrace and engage with her community. Teressa developed a special interest for the industry as a HR Coordinator for eight years. During that time, she fostered many relationships with decision makers, business owners and community organizers.

In the summer of 2020 Teressa decided to take her commitment of helping people to a higher level. As many businesses were closing their doors, Teressa founded and opened the doors of Nu-Vision Associates, LLC. This staffing and recruiting agency is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina providing temporary and direct hire staffing services to their clients.
